No they just have like a dial on the actual tuners that you turn to lock and unlock the string, then you just turn the tuner key to tune the string like a regular tuner. Changing strings takes like 5 mins with locking tuners, its really nice!

i have no problems with the strings, i go from standard tuning to b tuning and it sounds and plays fine. i dont think you have anything to worry about

Play it, feel it, and see if you like it first. I got mine at the same price because some guy ordered it MANY months ago and didnt pick it up. I got lucky

@BiidouneHammett All some people reffered to was the strings on some of the guitars were too short for drop b tuning but as many guitarists change the strings to their personal preferred strings as soon as they get a new guitar this would not be a problem.

i fully understand, i have a normal telecaster and the neck on this guitar is 100% different compared to it. Its thinner, not as thin as a jackson gets but its thinner than a normal telecaster. i say you go for it.
