Her hip and knee stability is crazy to be able to not only effortlessly balance in that position, but to be able to rotate through these joints while using such forceful extension to enable those quick angle shifts.

the most interesting thing about her kicks is that she can move into different targets from a chambered stance. Watching her hit three different parts of the face in rapid succession shows how difficult it is for an opponent to counter her speed and change up.

Mona's speed and accuracy is incredible! When she threw a kick at the camera around the 1 minute mark, I didn't even have time to blink, let alone think about trying to block it!
