My music is free to use, you don't need to mention my name etc. If it makes you feel good, use it without a second thought everywhere you want - in your videos as background music, and an intro tune and so on. There's no even need to inform me about that. I have no contracts or legal team or anything, never signed any papers with YouTube etc. Music should be free for all.

Synth news.
*Behringer made another micro synth. What else is new.
*M-vave FM-1 - extra cheap FM module. VSTs in the box getting cheaper. This is cool.
*Another Prophet 5 VST is made (this time official). Yawn.
*Sonicware Minimal is a must buy. Basically Roland P-6 and T-8 in one box. Really cool.
*Arturia DrumFreak is rumored. That's going to be interesting.

It looks like many VST devs really hope that you are a hearing-impaired person and can't hear the difference. We do. That's why we buy hardware.

T-8 is easily one of my favorite instruments. Simplistic, but creates great sounds. Imagine this box with a few audio outs, for deeper routing capabilities. I'm one of those that runs the 303 panned hard right, and the percs mostly hard left, then send to the mixer as two mono channels, and give each channel it's own aux effect chain, containing various time-based effects, especially ping-pong delays, huge reverbs, etc, all in sync. Then, when you mess with the delay and reverb on the T-8, you suddenly shuffle the two channels together, the 303, and whichever percussion you may have. As long as both mixer channels are set up to handle both kinds of sounds, the percussion stuff, and the 303, you can get some really amazing sounds, using chains of external effects, in combination with the stock effects...
