Pro tip: Marinate your roo in a marinade of your choice (I use teriyaki) while you're preparing your sides. Start with a hot pan, and cook it on med for 2.5 min on each side, then let it rest for at least 5 min, then reheat your pan, and cook it another 30 sec on each side. You will never want beef again.

I use roo mince meat in place of beef because it is cheaper. Tastes pretty much the same when it is minced.
