For the guys saying his vocal chords would be crushed and he wouldn’t be able to scream, the screaming could be his imagination, and in real life he’s just wheezing, or nothing at all.

Okay not hating on this animation or anything, It is clearly inspired off SkeletBreak's and I like it. The whole throat split is a immediate cut off of the vocal cords and you would probably be only able wheeze and anything else would most likely severly mess your throat up even more. With what I'm seeing in your take on this, the spinal cord splitting as well would instantly kill William.

In the same way, the muscles in the legs were pierced and their casts were broken. Then more springs dug into the muscles of his ribcage, breaking his spine and rib, cutting/piercing through organs. The springs cracked the skull and dug into the flesh, then pierced the lower jaw into the upper jaw. And his eyeballs were violently replaced by the ones in the suit.
