Yeah, Raiders fan here. I still can't believe he's gone, it sucks. We never had a decent defense to keep the leads that he gave us. Hell, last season we set a record for blowing the most halftime leads meaning Carr had to bring us back time and time again which is why that since he's been in the NFL he has more 4th qtr comeback wins than any other QB. When you have to keep bring your team from behind you have to force throws sometimes. The only thing about Carr is that he does force the ball sometimes to make big plays and he puts too much trust in his receivers to go up and fight for the ball too much.

I love how well he's clicking with all the dudes. He really has that charismatic leadership that leads people to fight for him. He came here to play football and by God, he's gonna play.
