OMG The hate is real! I posted a handful of shorts on the same day of my first stream of the year. It's the most activity I've had to date! But I got a bit of hate too! I was warned about the phenomena but WOW!!!!!! The extents haters will go through just to make your life miserable.
Listen, I really do appreciate all the time you spent thinking of me. That you put so much effort and time into hating on me. It really means allot to me that I was on your mind so much and that I motivated you to finally do something you were so passionate about. Congratulations on getting off the couch.

FINALLY! I finally have a dedicated room where I can stream! YEAH! It was something I wanted to do this year. IT happened sooner than I thought it would.. thankfully! It was very spontaneous.
This past weekend I was attempting to focus on things that required careful attention. Since my work space WAS in a corner of the den where most of the household activity takes place, peace and quite is sparse. I had been trying to make progress since Saturday early AM with little success on a project.
In a fit of frustration I shut my PC down, marched to the back room and began cleaning it out!. I didn't want to go into Monday with the den being a disaster. By Sunday night the area in the den that was once my PC workstation was now a shrine to my Daughter. It was a refreshing transformation. Its more atheistically pleasing than three computer desks, seven monitors and an ass-load of cables.
"MY ROOM" (the one I cleaned out), as it is now called, is currently a disaster. I have successfully relocated all three desks and everything else that my gaming and streaming set up uses. Including the desk that was in the back room, there were a total of four I had to move around! I also had a dresser and allot of shelving to relocate.
The desks! OMFG! The desk that was in the back room, originally, had to be disassembled to fit out the door. Two of my computer desks also had to be disassembled to fit down the hall and through the door of the back room. Just moving all the desks and furniture around was the most time consuming.
Just awhile ago I got my main gaming desk and PC all set up. I am tired though as my day was very long. I didn't want to pass out without making any progress. Satisfied with it all so far I wanted to share the good news with the world!

Was looking forward to gaming all weekend. Instead I nerdded out on my Discord Stat Bot settings ALL day Sunday. Saturday I mostly researched multi-stream solutions and watched
@nuttylmao
's Aitum tutorials.
I wasn't planning on blowing a day working on my Stat Bot. I had been ignoring long-standing issues and it was eating away at my subconscious productivity. Every time I tried to brainstorm something or get into something new my Discord Stat Bot was in my subconscious screaming at me "hey idiot I need fixed FFS!" Ever had that happen?
Resolving one issue revealed others. I had to get with a Stat Bot support staff who helped me on and off through the day Sunday. HOPEFULLY!... ...its all worked out now. Taking care of this stuff helps me move forward with getting my Rust Village up and running again. I tweaked my Dyno Bot as well.
My TODO list is soooo long:
- Re-Do Logo (lines too thin)
- Re-Do News Logo (lines to thin)
- About Me intro vid
- New Village vids (recruitment & orientation.. or all in one?)
- New Multi-Stream set-up
- Overdue PC Maintenance
- - maybe a fresh OS install?
- ...the list goes on and on....

The way I use my PC to stream and game is SUDDENLY too much for OBS. Since the last OBS update it has crashed or froze several times while live-streaming.
I did not update my W11 to the recent 24H2 update in October either because Microsoft always fux their yearly updates up. It was so fukd this year they have removed the update from the updater until the issues are resolved. I cant update to it at this point if I wanted to. AND that could be part of my recent woes.
I am finally able to get Marvel Rivals to start. It is not optimized very well for PC's. On its own its using 45% CPU and 67% GPU with lowest settings. Its the most demanding thing on my PC. Sadly multi streaming from my PC also takes up 60% of my GPU as well. You do the math.
I stream and record at the highest possible quality I can, 2560x1440 60FPS. YouTube requires a minimum bitrate of 15000 while Twitch's max bitrate allowed is only 6000, with Kicks limit not much higher than 6000. So if I want to multi-stream from my PC to YouTube and Twitch it requires two different instances of my GPU encoder, 1 for each stream.
If I want to also record, that requires another encoder my GPU is running for a total of 3! With my current multi-stream set-up I cant record while streaming and gaming anymore. It was pushing it.
The solution? MORE POWER!!! ...or just spread the work load. I still have the PC that I used for my 2-PC streaming set up and the GOXLR Mini I was using as my audio mixer. It is a 2nd Gen i7 2600k, 32GB DDR4 and a GTX 1060. It also has an Elgato capture card that only allows 1080P captures.
I REALLY don't want to fuk with a 2PC set-up. I moved away from it for a reason. It was before I multi-streamed and the hardware footprint was too large for my taste. Using 2 PC's requires more space and more electricity.
I had 5 monitors and 2 PC's running with my 2PC-stream set-up. I found myself being constantly distracted from enjoying the game I was playing and the people I was playing with. Having to keep up with 2PC's is not hard but enjoying your game no longer becomes the focus.
IF I were to go back to a 2PC set up, just using the stuff I have. I could use my old Streaming PC to push only 1080P due to the elgato capture cards limit. I can use the stand-along streaming PC to multi-stream more streams!
I wanted one of the streams to be vertical format which is 1080x1920 (not 1920x1080 the normal horizontal view). The issue is that the vertical format is taking its vertical 1920 from the signal I am sending through elgato capture which is a vertical of 1080. It will be stretching the 1080 vertical to 1920, not ideal.
Being able to multi-stream to a vertical format is something I really want to do. It wont look good doing it through my old streaming PC. So I cant use it to resolve my problem. Buying a new one would also require a capture card that captures 2560x1440.
I don't want to put that kind of money into a solution RN. I REALLY don't want to mess with a 2PC streaming set up either. To be able to stream to YouTube, Twitch and Kick as I currently do I use 1 encoder for YouTube due to its minimum bitrate requirement. I use a 2nd encoder to send a signal to Restream who then sends an identical signal to Twitch and Kick.
Lets review my requirements. I want to be able to record and multi-stream. I want the multi-stream to also include a vertical format. I don't want to use 2 PC's. I don't want to buy a 2nd PC.
Since I was considering buying a 2nd PC I do not know why paying for a monthly service never occurred to me. I think I have a stigma against such services. It seems like a good short-term inexpensive alternative to buying a 2nd PC.
