This is what inspired Pete Burns after he watched Divine’s performance on TV. Eventually, Burns created my favorite song, “You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)”. And gives a demo to SAW. You can sing “You Spin Me Round” in “You Think You’re a Man”’s stanzas (before the chorus); when Divine sings, “Turn around! Stand up like a man and look me in the eye”. You can literally sing “You Spin Me” when Divine sings “...-round” in the words “Turn around!”. Figured this out today. These two performers are inspiring to me. Or to make it easier, you can sing, “Turn Around! Stand up like a man and look me in the eye”, in the “You Spin Me Round” chorus parts.

This is wonderful in so many ways. There was no one like Divine.
