little disappointed that CvC 8. was my second best performing video and then after 3 days drops down to my worst performing video. but i was expecting this back in 2024. i knew that once i uploaded youtube will not push my video out to people as much as it used to. in 3 years the algorithm changes and less long form videos are pushed on front pages. the click through rate is actually pretty high with out of 360 impressions 140 actually click on it. at that rate, if i got the same amount of impressions on my videos that i used to get on this channel this video could have very well gotten over 800 in the first 2 days. Im not too shocked that this video lowk flopped, but thats 100% my fault for not uploading in years. Im very glad though that almost everyone that watched the video was someone who has been sticking around for a while. and i appreciate every single one of you. also! seeing that over 60% of people who watched were actually subscribed, only furthermore proves that youtube just… didnt feel like pushing my video out to anyone at all LMAO.
for the last 3 years i have been extremely tempted to make another experimental channel just like this one but for other edits entirely, not just country stuff. i mean after all, Qom was never meant to get to this point, in 2022 i intended for this channel to die after 2023. which- wasnt too far from reality. however my streams lowkey brought it back to life. i have always wanted to stream too and garnering over 15-20 viewers consistently at the start of it all was kinda a dream for me. i never wanted a really big audience i just like the comfortable sized community like that. Im very happy of what this channel has done for me and has taught me a lot of great things. Though, something i have always wanted to do instead of creating my own videos is editing for another creator of some sorts. I have a plethora of videos that you guys havent seen purely for entertainment. I love em. maybe i might post them on the Extra Qom channel
this is 100% a massive yap sesh. on Extra Qom it is mostly a clip dump with commentaries and music sprinkled in. ALSO MUSIC LIST #2 (2025) IS DROPPING SOON. so like if you want to hear my music go for it.
Oh yah also if you were worried if i was quitting this channel. im not. im still gonna be posting content on this channel. and as for that large video. currently at 16,580 hours worked on so far (with a team). we will get this done…. one day hehe. oh also Country vs Country 9 may be with a special someone probably. This channel has changed my life. and im blessed to have had this run.
being 19 almost 20 now, i got academics, relationships, personal stuffs. basically the whole shebang. i wish that i can get more uploads done soon enough. but for now thats all i got for yah. till then, byebye. see you next upload :3
