David Meister is an unsigned singer songwriter from Geneva Switzerland. I write songs and sing in English, French and Swiss German, my native language.
On my channel you will find my original songs and compositions, but also covers, jazz recordings I have made with my Standard Jazz Band as well as Bass transcriptions and covers with tabs.
My arrangements can be very simple with just guitar and vocals or piano and vocals, but also more complex including multitrack recording.
Unless stated otherwise I play all the instruments on the recordings.
The bass transcriptions (notation and tabs) are done by me and the bass covers are also played by me.
The Standard Jazz Band is a modern jazz quartett or jazz trio depending on the venue that plays live music in Geneva and in other places around the lake Geneva.

Hey David . . . . just watched the the 'Live at Hillfest' clip. Could have sworn your version was sung by a girl. Wow! That guy has an amazingly high vocal register. Great song Man! Great band! 🏻
