What do you scrub the inside with or do you just allow the water to soak inside

Trying to figure out how to clean the dark tincture from the tip of the glass dropper. Can't find info online. I've soaked them in hot soapy water many times and leave them in for hours/days. Only a little bit has come out. Concerned about putting them in water that is too hot as that would cause them to break. How do yall clean the dropper tips? tia.
