Too much emphasis on Size of the D-line. The Best D-linemen at USC since 2000 were short and stocky but Quick off the ball. Guys like All American Mike Patterson, Sedrick Ellis, and Jurell Casey. Then you had a Guy like Leonard Williams who was tall and lanky but really Quick first step.
