I do intermittent fasting 20/4 and ketogenic diet at the same time. Lost 27lbs in 6 weeks so far. Hunger is gone,I’m not snoring at night anymore etc etc.

When I do intermittent fasting I find that one of the first signs that it is working is the stomach bloat goes away. That right there will make you clothes fit better and you feel lighter no matter what the scale says.

The nutritionist COMPLETELY misses the concept of intermittent fasting. It is NOT about how it naturally might cut calories.
