my name is justine and i'm a 24 year old queer filipino vocalist based in the US. on my channel i post all sorts of song covers, from songs that come from things i personally enjoy (i.e. tv shows/movies, video games, fav musicians) to songs that i project my own original characters onto.
i don't really have an upload schedule, i just upload whenever i can afford to. ♥

HEY FOLKS! i have some channel updates as well as some personal updates from yours truly:
* i recently got fired from a job i really loved. i’m ok! i’m emotionally recovering. the main concern here is that this affects how i look at my finances, which in turn affects how i manage my channel and the covers i make. i don’t foresee any drastic changes to how i’ve been doing things up to this point, but just thought i’d mention it since it’s been on my mind!
* i’m working on a channel rebrand! i know i’ve rebranded a lot over the years, which some may consider inadvisable. but i feel very strongly about the current rebrand i’m working on, especially when it comes to making my channel feel more like “me.” i plan on the new aesthetic of my channel to have a more purple, neon, cybercore/gamercore direction. i also wanna cover more songs from video games i currently enjoy, as well as tap into some vocaloid and anime. so stay tuned! 💜🎮🎧
* i’m planning on having my next upload be a cover of “karma” from alien stage by vivinos! as evidenced by how much downtime there’s been between my more recent uploads, i’ve been enjoying taking things slower, rather than pressuring myself to get things done in a certain amount of time. at this time, however, i do want to release this cover some time during pride month.

I love this version because it gives off a more "strong" villain vibe, like a villain lecturing a hero on the truth of the world where in the original version, its more of a subtle vibe, it gives the vibe of a villain operating underground.

Just realized this but in the picture the girl is doing a finger gun to her head, and as the picture slowly gets more deformed and demented it resembles her finger gun actually firing and blasting her head. Cool detail!

See the thing about being a hero or a villain is all about perspective. If you have two waring countries each will have their champions, their heroes, but to the other country aka their enemy. The enemy heroes will be demeaned villain’s just because their are fighting for their own country against yours.
