Saint Laurent jeans, worn a handful of times — structural denim failure below the back pocket. Reported to the Maison. Atelier “cannot perform the repair.” Replacement and goodwill credit: ignored. Along the way the brand referred to my jeans as a “bag” in correspondence. Premium price, premium service.
