What's even more amazing is that the promo Flair cuts here is not even his best one (it's up there, but it's not his best one). The promo he cuts on Nitro the day after Starcade 1998 - the infamous "strips to his boxers" promo - is probably his best.

I had never seen this before and paused it like you said. The Flair promo is amazing but the first 5 minutes contain some hilarity. Dillon apologises to Anderson but then finishes it with "i hope you accept my forgiveness." Then Arn is getting all deep and personal and the crowd don't give a shit with "we want Flair," chants right over it.
