That couple was kind and smart. They knew dog behavior and that she was talking to them about something wrong. Penny tried to get help and did. This is a horrific case.

I feel so bad for that dog. Probably loved April very much n probably tried to help but was hurt trying to do so. Her love was gone and couldn’t comfort her. Heartbreaking

Kudos to the police for putting all the pieces of the puzzle together so the jury could have no other response but "Guilty" on all counts. God bless them & April's family & friends, & the mother & daughter who saw the killer & recalled his appearance & the bike's details so accurately. And finally the girlfriend who finally confronted her own demon on the stand.

All of this traumatic and imagine the trauma Penny would share if she could. Watching her human being killed and helpless except to standby for someone to come on the trail

I so glad they caught him quick so he couldn't do the same thing to someone else's child. Crystal was the key and I am thankful for the courage she showed. Now hopefully in prison he is getting taken care of because they don't like child predator's.
