Love this store and Johnny as he was I big part of my life…as I was trying to learn the guitar and impress my dad but he said to me at 11 yrs old ( boy youll never be a guitar player till you can play this song ) which was ( walk the line ) I gave him my rockin rendition of ( I’m a yankey doodle dandy ) but he was not impressed….so the next day when dad got home from work, after I had practice ( walk the line ) all night ….I came down stairs and made him turn off the tv and belted out ( I walk the line ) …it was the 1 st time I saw my dad crack a big smile and laugh and his eyes glistening…and he said boy I’m gonna get you lessons at ( krebs music store) …but I only stayed there 1 month as the lady instructor never even let me open my guitar case…as she would play in front of me…so I told dad that he was wasting his money…and he went with me that Saturday and she played for about 20 minutes and then I opened my guitar and plugged in to my amp …turned it up to about 9 and played ( smoke on the water…foghat..fool for the city….pat benatar…hit me with your best shot….and Van Halen….women in love…) and then my dad spoke up and told the owner of krebs music store….you should be paying my boy to give you lessons…because lady I listen to you play for 20 minutes and my boy played for about 10 minutes and everyone in this entire store come to this class room to watch my son played for about and sing ….we will no longer need your lessons…
