Valerie was one of the lead vocalists in Barbados’ first female singing group ‘The Fantasies’ with their band ‘The Fantastics’. The Fantasies and Lord Sivers were the original singers of the popular Independence Song ‘Barbados, I Love You (I Say B)’ which was written by Pat Castange for the Barbados/ Guyana Pavilion at Expo ‘67 in Montreal, Canada.
Valerie wrote some songs for ‘The Fantasies’, Lazy Sunset being one of them and her most recent composition is ‘Christmas in Barbados’ Enjoy!
