Koishi is the head empty meme meets the needs a hug meme. She can be creepy, but that is more or less her not being aware of how off-putting she can be. Besides that knife finisher in that one fighting game is not meant to be her killing someone, since you would need more than a knife to kill most youkai. It's more her fangirling over horror stories, and expecting her opponent to be strong enough to walk it off. Most of them have fought Sakuya after all.
