I am soo lucky to live in New Zealand because our abalone can only be harvested when they are 30cms long... These little abalone would make you go to jail if you harvested here! I love this recipe and I am going to try it on the paua.. I think my cooking time would be at least 90mins.. Just purely for the size of NZ paua!
