I have garlic chives at home, did not think of cooking this dish. Her chives need some fertilizer, rather skinny or different spices? Looks like different spices because the centre of chives is hollow.

很厲害!沒想到這麼稀的麵糊真的會成形,但不脆,口感軟軟的,也說不上好吃,只能說是很簡易的家常菜。基本上就是麵粉和水和雞蛋加韭菜或蔥都可以。
