I do the same - where it falls apart is on lap welds - with this torch, you won't get any heat into the lower layer & the weld will either be crap or look like a dogs backside. Butt welds are a doddle with any semi-decent/total garbage small flame torch. Where it will struggle (I.e fail) is on vertical welds/lap welds as you will have to dwell too long leading to holes. If you say different & can show, then I bow to your superior skillz.

No WHAT? No GASES? Madness! What's that hissing sound? There's a flame being lit at the beginning. If it comes out of a generator ("Water Welder") then it's exactly Oxygen and Hydrogen, and maybe some alcohol that the mixed gases bubble through. Mine has that, I think it's standard. Also I think this is blowing too hard, and might benefit from a bigger tip and a softer flame. But that's a small thing.
