To those who lost all sexual feelings/abilities because you were hacked by egotistical physicians, I am sincerely sorry...

I'm not intersex. I'm a woman in mind body and soul and watching this documentary was really eye opening. I just want the intersex community to know that I LOVE YOU!!! I really do feel that just being WHO you are makes you more normal than the guy or gal living next door! If you love yourself everyone else will love you too

“ You’re not male, you’re not female. You’re nothing”. Their cruelty and ignorance is incredible. Thank God for your strong sense of self, personality clarity. You totally rock!

The taking away of sexual pleasure for appearance is a crime in and of itself.

This documentary needs to be shown in every sex education class…if there are any left. The war being waged by the political/conservative right in this country is a frightening demonstration of how dangerous ignorance can be.

I am grateful that the algorithms led me to this post, as I am uneducated about intersex, so it has been a huge learning curve, thankyou.

I am sorry that none of these children who were born intersex was allowed to decide for themselves whether or not to have surgery. I hope that in the future we can accept them just as they are.

So there's an uproar about transitioning but the hospitals were essentially choosing for these children!!! This is so horrible what was done to these poor children

"what should happen if you child is born intersex?" Skin to skin contact. Breast feeding. A smile or two. Love your kid. No other answer needed. As a parent I can't imagine loving my kids any different if they came in a different package or a different blanket or different anything. I wish everyone had that kind of love in their life and if you don't, come here and I'll love you.

I respect and applaud the participants for their candor and courage to discuss very private parts of their lives and medical histories. It's been very thought provoking for me. I understand and have a different perspective on this issue now. Thank you.

"I was like superman. I had fallen from space and they couldn't tell anybody about it. I'd drop my pants and prove it to them." is the best thing I've heard in a long time!!

I am shocked to hear that there are still five operations like this a day and hospitals throughout the world on newborns without even telling their parents that their children have extra chromosomes. The medical profession has become psychotic. Thank you for making this film and it was thrilling to hear that there were parents who loved their children and protected them from the medical profession.

Wow! A full blown documentary is needed. All of the people interviewed have such fascinating stories and just such interesting people. To do interviews so candidly and beautifully is truly a blessing for so many who may be suffering but also brings to light the existence of our intersex brothers and sisters.

This documentary gave me a better understanding of what intersex people have dealt with. I'm appalled at the surgeries they endured to "fix it". Thank you for educating me. I knew this happened but it was enlightening to hear from folks first-hand. My prayer for parents facing this, is to decline surgery and let their child grow to an adult with love, compassion and support.
