Honestly AI is amazing at reducing mental workload. It saves time, organizes information, and handles repetitive tasks.
But I don’t think it’s the right fit for customer support.

Today’s menu is Wafu (Japanese-style) pasta.
I know some Italians might raise an eyebrow 😄, but Wafu pasta has been loved in Japan since the Showa era. One of its most famous dishes, Tarako pasta, became popular after it was introduced by Kabe no Ana, a restaurant often considered the beginning of Japanese-style pasta.

Yay, I finally tried this recipe last night! I had a little bit of difficulty with mine. After the last 15-minute increment, I took my cake out of the oven. I thought it was done (should have known better, the top was pale yellow) and started to take it out of the cake pan.
