My wife is a flight attendant and she drives three hours to work perch. We purchased a model three in January and now when she comes in from a red out flight, she just presses full self driving and she’s able to get home without the stress.

FSD completely changes the dynamic of roadtripping. On a recent trip, I asked my wife if she “wanted to take the long way back.” We drove through Austin, passing by the Gigafactory. I can’t imagine EVER choosing the long way back if I were driving manually.

You can cut total charging time by 50% on road trips if you charge from around 5% to about 50% because that only takes about 15 min. 50% to 99% takes about 30 min. The charging route planner does this for you automatically now if you just select that you want the fastest route/charging. You don’t even have to think about it.

Full Self Driving is such a huge game changer, whether daily driving to work/daily trips, or going on a long road trip. I've made to Shasta, California from Milwaukee, WI in about two and a half days, a distance of about 2150 miles/3460 km, since FSD takes a lot of the stress of long distance driving out, especially when combined with the Supercharger stops of around 15-25 minutes after about 3 hours of driving. You just feel less tired after a long day of driving and you don't "zone out" in the same way because the Tesla is doing all of that boring mundane driving on the Interstate.
