My initial contact with customer service netted nothing. If I wanted the drill repaired, I would have to pay the full cost. My Second Level request with a Supervisor, netted me a deal wherein I would only have to pay 1/2 the cost of repair. My Third level request with a Corporate level representative required me to pack and ship the unit back to the factory for review. So I just gave up, and resigned myself to paying the price for the parts, and doing the repair myself. As you would imagine, this left me more than a bit peeved.
