YOU MADE ME CRY 😢 Seriously, I still can’t believe it… I always thought that we just have this small YouTube community and I wasn’t really sure about how big it actually is… but last week I met so many of you, Metal Pilgrims from around the world, that it literally made me cry!
I’ve taken more than 100 photos with Metal Pilgrim subscribers in Frankfurt and Sofia (please keep them coming) and the amount of love and support I’ve received from you all was just mindblowing!🤯
Thank you to everyone who greeted me with my birthday, thanks to everyone who took their time to come by and say hi, thanks to everyone who took a photo and for everything you said to me!
WE HAVE THE BEST METAL COMMUNITY EVER!🤘

Home! 🏠 I still can’t believe everything that happened in the past week, and I can’t wait to share my honest thoughts about Iron Maiden and Metallica concerts with you on the show!🤘 And I was going to do that today… but some time on my way back home I caught bronchitis and now have an insane fever 🤒
On top of that we just got a notification of a possible massive att@ck on Kyiv tonight so instead of spending this night at home we had to go to a safer place resulting in me not being able to record my reviews for you tonight. I’m still doing everything I can for the Metal Digest to come out on time tomorrow and will be posting my reviews ASAP… because you know what? There is A LOT we have to talk about, Pilgrims!🔥
Hope you understand and thanks, once again, for all your support!

Which band should we do this exercise next with? ...And why should it be Judas Priest?

Ride The Lightning was also my first Metallica album. I traded Motley Crue’s Theater Of Pain, which I had just bought and hated, for a copy of RTL on a blank cassette. Best decision I ever made.

I totally share your opinion about "Astronomy". What a song, what a cover version!

I genuinely LOVE Escape. One of my most favorite songs Metallica has ever made to be completely honest

"The House Jack Built" never getting played live is a sin!!! It's always been one on my favorites on that album.

My first Metallica album was Reload in 1999. I was a child and I loved every minute of it. My second was Ride the Lightning. What a strange journey it was to go back in time!

Escape is super underrated. Very unique in terms of composition compared to a lot of their early catalog

I'd love to hear them play the Ronnie Rising medley.

Jason, Kirk and James have actually jammed "Where the wild Things Are" as Bass/Guitar Doodle in 1998.

I saw Metallica in 1988 when I was 15, then again in '92 or '93, and I was so disappointed they didn't play Trapped Under Ice. It's always been one of my favs.

There is one song that you didn’t mention that would be amazing for them to play live.

Escape was one of the first songs I learn from Metallica. Great song, really turn me on for the band.

Man I really wish they would play Where The Wild Things Are at some point. I just love James voice on the song and Kirks solo sounds great too. Also it is one of the three songs Jason got credit for so it would be some justice for him ;)

Escape is a great song. I like the air raid siren and riff at the end of the track
