Description
Hi, I'm Stav! I like to take my time and understand what retro handhelds actually feel like to own and play.
Too often as a consumer I get confused with all the technical specifications and minor details to the point where I can't make a decision, when all I really want to know is if I'll be happy with my decision. I perform week long tests and month long challenges and take you along on the journey to truly understand how retro game handhelds feel.

I don't often delve deep into my personal life here on the channel, but I want to share something truly important with you all...
As some of you picked up through my videos in December 2024, my Mum had been battling dementia for 10 years and had taken a turn for the worse. Unfortunately we lost her on 23rd December 2024. She was and continues to be one of the most positive people in my life and it's been a journey of adjusting to a world without her.
Today is her birthday and a day to celebrate her, so I'd like to share with you some poetry my Dad wrote for her last year. He's a man who usually keeps his feelings close to himself so it just goes to show what an amazing person she is. If you would take a moment to read even just a little bit and if you enjoy it sharing it with anyone who might also enjoy it would mean the world to me.

Latest images of the TrimUI Brick Pro!
With how much I loved the original TrimUI Brick I'm pretty excited about these, but not sure if the analogue sticks will affect the amazing pocket friendliness of the original.
Huge thanks to
@mechdiy
for the heads up!

This wouldn't be much of a challenge for me, the GBA has amazing game experiences.

I have to give props to your commitment to the challenge. It would have been absolutely understandable to give in when family asks you to play together. Great work

15:20 I have the same issue too. I do play alot of retro games because it's so much fun. I learned that just floating around and thinking is a bad idea. Just grab something and start playing. Sometimes i play my ps5, or pc, but i have alot of fun with my retro stuff as well

Currently playing advance wars on my tv via an Intel Compute stick with Batocera. What a game. And also I did way way way back in time play Battle Isle 2 on PC one would assume it’s an inspiration for Advance Wars
