Description
Hey there, Guru Larry here, I've decided to compile an archive of reviews from the well known video game reviewers on YouTube whom have sadly departed us, so future gamers can enjoy their work as much as I did!

They will all be digitally remastered and upscaled to 480p to enhance the quality and enjoyment of these awesome videos.

If anyone has any missing videos they wish to donate for the archive, please PM me, It would be fantastic to have a complete collection of each reviewer! Thanks ever so!!!

It's really funny, Soviet in this story is not sneaky at all, they're simply trying to sell the game, while maximizing profit, like a proper businessman, the Hungary guy tried to play everyone, like an average sneaky businessman, and Britain used government connection to try to force a deal, like Britain.

The game industry in the 1980s-90s were wild, I hope the Tetris movie isn't the only production that comes out of it

Amazing documentary. Strong determination and grit from the developer, the sales men and the authorities. Great battles for a "little" game called Tetris

This, along with the one done by Gaming Historian are the best places to go to for the real story about Tetris, and the G4 Icons episode.

The Apple TV version had understandable embelleshments, as it was needed to make it "exciting". After watching this documentary now and seeing some of the people, I am impressed in retrospect by the casting. Most of the actors match pretty well what they look like and seem like in reality. Henk Rogers looks a bit different now in the interview (2004), but Taron Egerton seems to have hit it perfectly with how Henk looked and seemed in 1984.

I really enjoyed the AppleTV+ movie, and love to see it was fairly accurate where it mattered! I know Henk and Alexey were part of making the film but I still think it's an odd choice to have whitewashed Henk.
