I made all of this and it was good but wasn’t even close to a Mexican restaurant

Made this tonight and it was quite good! Only thing I’ll say is that this makes an absolute ridiculous amount of the cheese sauce. We didn’t even use up a quarter of it!

Way too much liquids for just 2 cups of rice that’s the only thing I’ll change about making this in the future and the tomato taste was way too strong I’ll probably just add a squeeze of tomato paste instead of a whole can of sauce

There is no cheese in arroz con pollo

Do not waste your time or money on this it was not very good the chicken is good but the rice and the cheese especially taste terrible the cheese taste like the plastic cheese you get where the chips are
